SpringFit and MR Support are Green Daisy products. Their subscriptions, payments, account access and product use are governed by the applicable product agreements, not by these website terms. AI development, consulting and venture engagements require a separately agreed scope and commercial terms. Browsing, requesting information or completing an assessment does not create a paid subscription or a client engagement.

2. Information and AI tools

Website content, case studies and assessment results provide general information. AI feedback can contain errors or omit relevant context; review it before relying on it. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax or other professional advice, or a guarantee of funding, commercial results or a project delivery date. Speak with us to confirm what is appropriate for your circumstances.

Features shown in portfolio examples do not by themselves define what is included in a product plan or project. The accepted product or project agreement sets that scope.

3. Lawful use and submissions

Use the website lawfully. Do not introduce malicious software, disrupt the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful material or material that infringes another person’s rights.

Provide information you are authorised to share. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, health records or confidential third-party information to the public enquiry or AI tools. Submitting an idea does not transfer ownership of it to Green Daisy or establish a confidentiality agreement. Discuss confidential project material with us through an agreed process first.

Our privacy policy explains website data handling, including AI processing and details still under review.

4. Website content and external links

Green Daisy and its licensors retain their rights in website content, branding and software. You may read and share links to public pages. Other use of protected material requires the relevant permission unless permitted by law. Third-party names, logos and material remain subject to their owners’ rights.

External links lead to separately operated websites or services. Check their own terms and privacy information before using them.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law. This applies to all statements on this page.

These website terms do not set subscription prices, renewal or refund rules, liability caps, indemnities, uptime guarantees or support response times for Green Daisy products or client projects. Refer to the relevant accepted agreement, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
