1. Who we are and what this covers

Green Daisy Pty Ltd, ABN 33 682 981 433 (Green Daisy, we or us), operates this website and provides AI product development and venture building services. Our company address and contact details appear below.

SpringFit and MR Support are Green Daisy products. This policy covers the Green Daisy website and enquiries, rather than all information handled within those products. Check the privacy notice in the product you use. Client projects may also have specific data handling arrangements.

2. Information collected through the website

• Enquiries: your name, email, message and any optional company, phone, business stage, timeline or other details you provide. If you attach an assessment or idea brief to an enquiry, it is included with your message.
• AI readiness assessments: your name, email, optional company, answers about your idea, customers, available data, experience, timeline and concerns, and the generated report.
• Idea feedback: the idea you submit for AI analysis. Avoid including information about identifiable people unless needed and appropriate.
• Technical and visit information: pages and interactions, browser and device information, referring website and campaign information. Enquiry records can also include IP address, user agent and delivery status.
• Correspondence you send us by email or other contact channels.

You can browse without completing a form. The form identifies required fields; without them we may be unable to process your enquiry or generate a report. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, health records or confidential information about other people through these tools.

3. How information is used

Website features use your information to record and route enquiries, prepare AI feedback and reports, send enquiry confirmations and internal notifications, and help our team respond. Visit and campaign information helps us understand how people find and use the website. Technical records help diagnose delivery and website problems.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a paid product or agree to a project. Any further engagement is discussed separately.

4. Service providers and AI processing

Website enquiries and readiness assessment records use Supabase database services. Email notifications use Lovable’s email service. The idea and readiness tools send prompts to Lovable’s AI gateway using a Google Gemini model when the AI feature is enabled. Readiness prompts include your name, company and answers; the idea tool sends the idea you enter.

Google provides website analytics and fonts. Website hosting and these providers can process technical information needed to deliver their services. Following an external product or portfolio link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy information.

The website’s database is currently hosted in Tokyo, Japan, through Lovable Cloud. Database location does not determine where AI requests or other provider services run. Lovable’s published subprocessor list identifies US processing for Gemini inference and infrastructure in the Netherlands, United Kingdom and United States, with some services operating globally. Our Lovable workspace uses its Business plan. Lovable’s published Data Processing Agreement prohibits Lovable from using customer personal data to train AI models; its privacy policy also excludes end-user data from model training. These are provider terms, not a promise of zero data retention. Providers can retain information for service operation, security or other purposes allowed by their applicable terms. Please avoid sensitive or confidential information in the public AI tools.

5. Cookies, analytics and browser storage

Google Analytics 4 is configured to load on greendaisy.ai and www.greendaisy.ai. Analytics storage is enabled by default; advertising storage and advertising personalisation are disabled by default. This website does not currently provide a cookie preference banner.

Browser session storage keeps visit and campaign information and can carry an idea or assessment brief to the contact form. Local storage is also used for an internal-traffic setting. You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser; blocking or clearing storage may affect these features. See Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s handling of data.

6. Security and retention

No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. If you suspect a privacy or security problem involving this website, contact us using the details below and avoid sending further sensitive information.

Website enquiries and readiness reports are stored in the website database. Clearing your browser does not delete information already submitted to us.

We retain website enquiries, assessment records and related correspondence while needed to respond to you, provide assessments, follow up on enquiries or meet legal record-keeping requirements. We periodically review this information and take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it when no longer needed. Removal from backups or provider logs may not be immediate; applicable legal obligations still apply. SpringFit and MR Support customer data is covered by their product-specific privacy notices.

7. Requests and complaints

Email hello@greendaisy.ai to ask about personal information we hold, request access or correction, request deletion, or raise a privacy complaint. Include enough detail to identify the issue without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity before releasing personal information.

Our team reviews privacy complaints sent to hello@greendaisy.ai, checks relevant records and explains the outcome. If you remain dissatisfied, you can contact the OAIC where it has jurisdiction.

Your legal rights depend on the law that applies to your circumstances. This policy does not limit those rights or claim certification under any privacy regime. The Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains Australian privacy complaints and when it can consider them.
